Part of the City Arts Centre has fallen down, nearly hitting a group of people. The building has been left to rot, and parts of it are literally falling, off, a hazard to the people of Dublin. It's sad that a building with such history continues to crumble. #derelictireland https://t.co/LJxD83zpwO
