Two years ago, I submitted derelict site documents for this site. Parties went to court, and agreement was reached to demolish it. It was a straightforward process with good results. It is almost fully demolished now. Zoned for an industrial business now. #DerelictIreland https://t.co/hN7HBrE9N0
