@frank_oconnor @anoisagency @judesherry Spotted both of these in Dublin. First pic is by the Ulster Bank hq and the second is by Merchant quay. Both would be ideal areas for living and work. Already would be served by transport, retail, and wouldn't be putting pressure on current services. #DerelictIreland https://t.co/Q0FuGxWNd6
